Our work focuses on brand strategy, market insights, lifestyle category development, strategic partnerships, localization, and controlled market growth.
About the Role
We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager based in London to support project-based collaboration with international fashion, beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands. The role is suited to professionals who understand digital commerce, consumer behavior, DTC growth, online merchandising, and how international brands adapt their digital business for new markets.

- Provide insights into e-commerce and digital-consumer trends across fashion, beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle categories.
- Support selected brands evaluating digital growth and China-market opportunities.
- Contribute to discussions around DTC strategy, online merchandising, digital campaigns, and consumer journeys.
- Evaluate how international brands can adapt their e-commerce approach for different markets.
- Identify relevant digital platforms, emerging brands, and new commercial opportunities.
- Support localized market-entry and brand-growth projects.
- Provide insights into UK and European digital-commerce developments.
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, DTC, online merchandising, or digital growth.
- Experience within fashion, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and digital customer journeys.
- Experience working with international or multi-market brands is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
