Life at THG Nutrition
THG Nutrition is home to some of the world’s most trusted and best-loved wellbeing and nutrition brands, including Myprotein, the world’s largest online sports nutrition brand, alongside Myvegan, Myvitamins and MP Activewear.
Our brands and people exist to break boundaries — to power and empower those who want more. We move fast, challenge convention, and back ourselves to win. These values shape how we work every day.
The Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded and customer-focused Subscriptions Manager to join the Myprotein Ecommerce team. This is a key role responsible for growing and optimising our subscription proposition, helping us build stronger customer relationships, increase retention and drive sustainable recurring revenue across our digital channels.
You’ll own the subscription customer journey end-to-end — from acquisition and proposition development through to onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation. Working closely with Ecommerce, Trading, CRM, Product, Data, Marketing and Operations teams, you’ll turn customer insight and commercial data into initiatives that deliver measurable growth.
What You Will Do
- Own the overall subscriptions strategy and roadmap, aligned to Myprotein’s Ecommerce and commercial objectives.
- Drive subscription acquisition, conversion, retention and customer lifetime value.
- Analyse subscription performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
- Develop and test propositions, pricing, promotions, benefits and customer journeys that improve subscription uptake and retention.
- Work closely with CRM and Marketing teams to develop targeted communications across the subscription lifecycle.
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to improve the subscription experience across website, app and other digital touchpoints.
- Own key subscription KPIs, including subscriber growth, conversion, churn, retention, LTV, revenue and engagement.
- Build regular performance reporting and provide clear commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Lead A/B testing and continuous optimisation of the subscription proposition and customer journey.
- Identify opportunities to reduce churn and increase customer frequency and basket value.
- Work cross-functionally with Trading, Merchandising, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure a seamless subscription experience.
- Keep up to date with ecommerce, loyalty and subscription trends, bringing new ideas and best practice into the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
