The Role

Our Ecommerce team is looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Manager to join Trapstar.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about Digital Commerce and wants to contribute to the continued growth of one of the world's leading streetwear brands.

As Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Trapstar website. Working closely with Marketing and Merchandising Teams, you will play an important role in ensuring the successful delivery of departmental and business objectives.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, organised, and commercially aware, with a strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace new challenges, and contribute positively to both your team and the wider business.

Responsibilities

  • Own the daily, weekly and monthly trading of the Trapstar DTC website.
  • Own visual presentation of the website, curate homepage storytelling, web categories, and landing pages in line with trading priorities and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate content refreshes for new launches, campaigns, promotions, and seasonal changes.
  • Monitor and improve on-site search performance, analysing search behaviour to identify missed opportunities and drive product discoverability.
  • Monitor customer behaviour and propose improvements to enhance user experience.
  • Implement strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and average order value.
  • Execute online merchandising strategies to maximise conversion and AOV, including product sequencing, category curation, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to ensure product priorities and stock availability are accurately reflected online.
  • Conduct regular website health checks to identify broken links, outdated content, platform issues, and UX barriers.
  • Produce weekly trade reports covering sales, traffic, conversion, top-performing categories, and areas for improvement.
  • Present insights and recommendations to the wider team to support rapid commercial decision-making.
  • Own and continuously optimise the Shopify Plus ecosystem.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
