About the Role
Are you an experienced E-commerce professional looking for a role where you can take genuine ownership of an online business? We’re working with a growing consumer brand looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead the performance and development of its Shopify website and online customer journey.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for driving online sales, improving conversion, and delivering a strong customer experience. You’ll manage website trading, merchandising, product content, and inventory, while working closely with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and new product launches. You’ll also have the opportunity to support the growth of an online training business, working across the booking journey and helping develop its digital offering. Alongside this, you’ll work with external SEO, PPC, and web development partners, using data and customer insight to identify opportunities and improve performance.

Requirements
To be successful, you’ll have proven experience managing an eCommerce website, with strong hands-on Shopify experience and a good understanding of conversion, analytics, and the online customer journey. Experience working with SEO and PPC, either directly or through agencies, is important, alongside strong project management and communication skills.
