Role Overview
Are you ready to take ownership of ecommerce performance for a design-led lighting brand? Our client is hiring a commercially driven Ecommerce Manager to drive the day-to-day trading and performance of our clients ecommerce platforms. Based in South West, this role will sit at the heart of the digital function, translating ecommerce strategy into trading, SEO, onsite merchandising, CRO, reporting and coordinated site activity.
Responsibilities
- Drive ecommerce performance and deliver a seamless, commercially effective customer journey.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and QA to optimise the website.
- Identify opportunities through data and reporting.
- Coordinate technical and development activity.
- Ensure onsite content and product journeys are accurate and effective.
- Support PPC and SEO performance.
- Manage agency relationships.
- Contribute to ecommerce marketplace activity where required.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in ecommerce trading, ecommerce management, or a similar commercial digital role.
- Proven experience working with Shopify.
- Strong understanding of UX, CRO, SEO, and PPC.
- Ability to analyse performance data and turn insights into clear commercial actions.
- Experience with GA4, Shopify reporting, ecommerce marketplaces, and managing developers or agencies would be highly desirable.
- Experience within interiors or lighting would also be advantageous.
