Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Ecommerce Manager to drive the growth and performance of Myprotein across the US market. You will own the US ecommerce trading strategy, optimise website performance and deliver a customer experience that reflects the needs of American fitness, sports nutrition and active lifestyle customers. From delivering product launches and key trading campaigns to improving conversion and retention, you will play a central role in growing revenue and building customer loyalty across Myprotein’s nutrition, supplements and activewear ranges. This role combines commercial thinking, data-driven decision making and a strong understanding of the US consumer within a fast-paced direct-to-consumer environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trading plans, promotional calendars and product launches across nutrition, supplements and activewear.
  • Plan campaigns around key US trading moments.
  • Identify opportunities to increase conversion, average order value and repeat purchases through relevant merchandising, bundles and promotions.
  • Work with relevant teams to align pricing, promotions, stock availability and product assortment with US customer demand.
  • Monitor sales and margin performance, adjusting trading activity to maximise commercial returns.

Website Performance & Localisation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
