Job Title: E-Commerce Manager @ Fast-Growing DTC Wellness & Lifestyle Brand

Location: London (5 days in-office)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 DOE

A fast-growing, multi-category wellness and lifestyle brand is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of its Shopify ecosystem and drive conversion across every storefront.

The business has built a loyal, engaged customer base across several distinct product lines, with a strong brand identity and ambitious growth plans. They're now looking for someone to bring extreme ownership and obsessive attention to detail to the digital experience that sits behind that growth.

This is a hands-on, execution-first role for someone who genuinely cares about the details, site speed, UX, checkout flow, and everything in between. You'll work closely with Performance, Retention, and Creative teams, manage external developers, and be the internal lead turning traffic into revenue.

If you love owning something end-to-end and want your fingerprints on every part of a growing e-commerce operation, this is a great next step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end site performance across all Shopify storefronts (US and UK), ensuring best-in-class UX, site speed, and conversion across multiple product lines
  • Define and execute e-commerce strategy by category, campaign, and traffic source, tailoring site experience, merchandising, and landing pages with marketing
  • Run regular full-site audits to identify and resolve UX friction, checkout issues, tracking gaps, and mobile vs. desktop inconsistencies; maintain documentation and QA checklists
  • Own end-to-end delivery of site builds and rebuilds, acting as internal lead across designers, developers, and stakeholders to ship on time, on brief, and with zero critical issues
  • Lead CRO across all sites through structured testing of landing pages, PDPs, checkout flows, and traffic-source funnels using A/B and multivariate frameworks
  • Build and maintain performance reporting across conversion rate, AOV, revenue by site and region, and funnel/page-level performance; translate data into clear actions for marketing and leadership

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
