Ecommerce / Content Marketing Executive
Culligan are looking for an Ecommerce / Content Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day management, optimisation, and development of their digital estate across multiple websites.
About the Role
This fixed-term 6-month contract role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in ecommerce strategy, digital content, and conversion optimisation. You’ll work closely with the eCommerce Manager to deliver landing pages, maintain site content, and support:
- CRO, SEO, and reporting initiatives
- Growth of new websites (2–3 supporting sites in addition to culligan.co.uk)
- Hands-on optimisation of both existing experiences and new builds
The role will require travel to business locations as needed to support the wider UK Marketing team.
Responsibilities
Website Management & Delivery (Core)
- Help manage and maintain 3–4 websites, including culligan.co.uk and supporting sites
- Build, launch, and manage landing pages, new sections, and content across all sites
- Ensure consistency in UX, structure, and content quality
- Manage product listings, categories, and on-site content within the CMS
- Conduct regular audits to identify performance issues, gaps, and optimisation opportunities

CRO & SEO Implementation
- Support conversion optimisation (CRO) on culligan.co.uk (focused on key user journeys)
- Assist with A/B testing (setup, QA, and monitoring)
- Implement on-page SEO improvements (metadata, content structure, and internal linking)
- Apply UX best practices to enhance performance across all sites
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor traffic, engagement, and conversion across all sites
- Support GA4 tracking, funnel analysis, and reporting builds
- Help establish and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards
- Identify performance issues and recommend corrective actions

QA, Releases & Technical Support
- Perform site audits before and after releases (QA review)
- Support tracking validation (GA4 / GTM)
- Identify and escalate bugs or journey issues
- Maintain documentation and change logs
