eCommerce & Website Executive

Culligan is looking for an eCommerce & Website Executive to support the day-to-day management, maintenance, and development of our digital estate across multiple websites.

Working closely with the eCommerce Manager, you'll help keep our websites up to date, build landing pages and content, manage products and website information, and support reporting on website performance.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience using website CMS platforms who enjoys both website management and working with data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

Website Management & Content (Core)

  • Manage and maintain content across multiple websites
  • Build and update landing pages using website CMS platforms
  • Upload and maintain products, categories, and website content
  • Ensure website content is accurate, consistent, and up to date
  • Support the launch of new website features, pages, and campaigns
  • Conduct regular website reviews to identify content issues and opportunities for improvement

eCommerce & Performance Support

  • Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversions
  • Produce regular reports using GA4, Excel, and other reporting tools
  • Analyse website and campaign data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support ongoing optimisation of customer journeys and website experiences
  • Assist with maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks

QA & Website Support

  • Test website updates before and after release
  • Identify and report website issues, bugs, or user experience problems

Ideal Experience

  • Experience managing and updating websites using CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or similar)
  • Comfortable building and editing landing pages and website content
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar analytics platforms
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio
