Job Title: Marketing/E-commerce Manager

Location: Chelsea, London

Job Type: Full-time (In-office)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing/E-commerce Manager to join our team full-time in Chelsea, London. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming and recreating existing content to align with the latest marketing strategies, brand voice, and target audience preferences. You will also be tasked with creating new marketing assets to support campaigns across digital and print platforms. Experience with Shopify and managing Shopify content is essential. Full-time office attendance is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use creativity to review and revamp existing marketing content, ensuring it fits current trends, company messaging, and target audience needs.
  • Create new marketing assets such as banners, product descriptions, email templates, and promotional materials.
  • Adapt content across multiple platforms such as blogs, social media, newsletters, websites, and ads.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging with the overall brand guidelines.
  • Manage and update Shopify content, ensuring product descriptions, visuals, and overall user experience are optimized.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and appealing content across channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inspire new content ideas and enhance the relevance and impact of recreated content.
  • Apply SEO and digital marketing best practices to optimize content for online visibility.
  • Track and analyze content performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing strategies to continuously bring fresh, creative approaches to content recreation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation, marketing, or copywriting roles.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing strategies and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience with Shopify and managing Shopify content is required.
  • Ability to create marketing assets such as banners, social media posts, and email templates.
  • Exceptional creativity, writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and marketing tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
  • Confident Photophot/InDesign user
