Are you a results-driven digital marketer with a passion for ecommerce and inclusive customer experiences?

RNIB is looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to lead the marketing calendar across our consumer online shop and For Trade website. You'll coordinate campaigns that drive traffic, sales and customer engagement while ensuring everything we do is accessible to blind and partially sighted people.

In this varied role, you'll:

  • Plan and deliver multichannel marketing campaigns that drive online sales
  • Own and optimise our Klaviyo email marketing programme for both consumer and business audiences
  • Coordinate activity across email, social media, SEO and paid advertising
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Use data and insights to improve performance, conversion and revenue
  • Champion accessibility and inclusive marketing across all channels

We're looking for someone with proven ecommerce or digital marketing experience, strong Klaviyo knowledge, excellent planning skills and a commercial mindset. Experience across both B2C and B2B marketing would be an advantage.
