Ecommerce & Media Strategy – Account Manager / Senior Manager

London | Permanent

Our client is a fast-growing, profitable global commerce technology business operating at the intersection of Retail Media, Ecommerce, Data and AI. Backed by leading global investors, the business combines proprietary technology with strategic consultancy, helping some of the world’s largest consumer brands understand, optimise and grow their ecommerce and retail media performance.

The Opportunity

  • Join a growing London team as they continue to expand across Europe.
  • Own and develop relationships with major international brands, using ecommerce, media and competitive data to help clients understand performance, identify opportunities and make better commercial decisions.
  • Work across proprietary commerce technology and media platforms, connecting ecommerce and category intelligence with media performance to provide clients with a much broader view of what is driving growth.
  • Take genuine ownership of your clients in an entrepreneurial environment where you’ll have the autonomy to develop strategy, challenge thinking and identify opportunities for growth.
  • We’re hiring at both Account Manager and Senior Manager level, so we're open to different levels of experience.

Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Ownership

  • Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of international clients.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and become a strategic partner to their businesses.
  • Understand clients’ wider ecommerce and commercial objectives rather than looking at individual channels in isolation.
  • Present insights, recommendations and strategic opportunities to client stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve, expand and grow client relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
