Ecommerce Merchandiser
Based: Central London office, 5 days a week
Reports to: Co-Founder & Creative Director
Works with: Head of Brand, Senior Creative Content Producer, outside ecommerce partners
Salary Scale: £32k–£38k
You will own how Naked Wolfe looks, reads and sells online. That means every upload, every page and everything in the back end, with an eye for detail that catches problems before customers do.
Responsibilities
- Upload and maintain all products on Shopify: images, copy, sizing, pricing, tags, collections and SEO fields
- Merchandise the website: homepage, collection sorting, landing pages and launch set-ups
- Run launch go-lives and price or promotion changes on time and without errors
- Keep product data accurate across Shopify, the product master and any marketplaces
- QA the site daily: broken links, missing images, out-of-stock sizes, pricing errors
- Liaise with outside ecommerce partners (agencies, developers, app providers) to raise and fix issues
- Report weekly on product and page performance: sell-through, conversion, top sellers, search terms
- Use stock and sales data to push best sellers and sizes with depth, and move slow stock
- Test and optimize site search, filters and on-site recommendations
- Run Klavyio email marketing campaigns and flows
- Highlight best-selling styles and activate repeat production orders

About you
- 2–3 years in ecommerce merchandising or ecommerce trading, ideally fashion or footwear
- Hands-on Shopify experience (or a similar platform); comfortable with bulk uploads and spreadsheets
- An exceptional eye for detail and visual merchandising
- A real interest in fashion merchandising and how customers shop online
- Clear and confident when chasing partners to get fixes done
