The Role

Responsible for the management and delivery of daily-sales performance for the Magic Mountain business, both via its own site and via any other channels (e.g., eBay etc.). This sales performance will be in line with the pre-agreed targets.

  • Responsible for sales reporting, site performance optimization via analytics and the implementation/measurement of marketing plans as dictated by the seasonal plan.
  • Product Listings and optimization of SKU-level content to deliver the best consumer experience and therefore sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales targets per channel in the most profitable way.
  • Work closely with Ecommerce Manager and Key brands to procure stock for Magic Mountain sales and for key events to enable the channel to meet its sales forecast.
  • Implement Magic Mountain flash sale events, delivering marketing ahead of the event and managing the clear up after the fact.
  • Manage and drive email marketing efforts using Klaviyo software.
  • Management of Meta-based advertising campaigns to promote Flash sale activities and other key events.
  • Maintain strong ties with the operations team in Newton to ensure alignment ahead of the workload spikes caused by Flash Sales.
  • Manage and own the data/performance reports of online operations to enable effective reporting to stakeholders and inform effective and profitable brand performance.
  • Use data to identify sales opportunities and have the necessary knowledge to effect these changes efficiently in whichever channel.
  • Co-create and implement site merchandising and banners to align perfectly with the marketing calendar.
  • Evaluate and share site performance, enabling learnings to be applied and ROI (Return on Investment) optimized campaign by campaign.
  • Provide continuous support and maintenance of the group’s online web platforms working across numerous systems, predominantly Shopify.
  • Efficient communication with relevant stakeholders, both internal (brands) and external (Tryzens and other web/marketing agencies) of the business, to achieve objectives.
  • Creating and presenting data/performance reports of online operations to key stakeholders.
  • Processing numerous sources of information and large sets of data, coordinating the information to provide documentation of key work undertaken to stakeholders.
  • Own the sales for this unique brand, optimizing the sales performance in all channels but also challenging the norm and using market knowledge, customer empathy, and data to define new sales opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
