Ecommerce Operations Coordinator

About Marcella

Named to the Inc. 5000 for five consecutive years as one of America’s fastest-growing fashion brands, Marcella offers women’s designer minimalist essentials. NYC-designed and European-handcrafted, we’re a next-generation 1-for-1 brand where every major facet of our operation—design, production, sustainability, and social impact—advances women and girls globally.

At the heart of this approach is the School Days Project: for every order Marcella sells, we support three days of school for a marginalized girl around the world, with 1.1 million school days supported to date.

We’re hiring an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator in the U.S. to join our 13-person global marketing team. This role will coordinate and execute Marcella’s day-to-day customer-facing website operations, helping ensure that site updates, campaigns, promotions, merchandising changes, and development projects launch accurately, on time, and in accordance with approved brand and business requirements.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, the Ecommerce Operations Coordinator will execute customer-facing updates across Marcella’s Shopify Plus website and Shop app. This person will coordinate the assets, copy, requirements, approvals, implementation, and testing needed to bring campaigns, promotions, seasonal refreshes, and site enhancements to life.

The role will also contribute to visual merchandising and ongoing site optimization by monitoring inventory, sell-through, product performance, and onsite customer behavior. Working closely with Creative, Design, Merchandising, Listings, Ecommerce, and Development, this person will help ensure that Marcella’s digital shopping experience is accurate, intuitive, visually consistent, and continuously improving.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional organization and attention to detail with strong visual judgment, analytical thinking, and technical curiosity.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
