Job Purpose

To support the digital merchandising team in ensuring an innovative & exciting consumer experience through a balance of art & commerce. Implement merchandising strategies set by Digital Merchandisers and managing product content, in line with Brand vision & ones which contribute to the financial success of the Business.

The E-comm Content Co-ordinator plays a business-critical role leading seasonal projects focused on getting B.com and 3P product content (i.e., PDP Content) ready on-time for product launch date by forecasting content requirements and working with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and on-time development of the PDP content. Further, the E-comm Content Co-ordinator is responsible for driving operational efficiency by enhancing reporting tools and operational processes, and coaching the E-comm Content Assistant.

Responsibilities

CONTENT OPERATIONS

  • Coordinates seasonal capsule launches across samples, studio, post production and copy
  • Lead quarterly mark down projects from content teams
  • Co-ordinate monthly delist with Digital Merchandising
  • Forecasting seasonal content availability and working with content teams to achieve forecast
  • Ownership of seasonal and ad-hoc price changes
  • Support digital merchandising on seasonal link lines and swaps and align with capture
  • Leads merchandising styling notes handover to styling team
  • Align and support with seasonal congruency alignment across all categories
  • Drive commerce by ensuring as much product is correct and available to go live, communicate any delays in deadlines
  • Finesse the onboarding process with team in alignment with operations manager
  • Support in tool development and testing to improve operation efficiency
  • Work seasonally with trade on end of cycle for product
  • Support 3P with past seasons delivery and stock updates
  • Delivering a luxury customer experience with accuracy and consistency through frequent site checks

REPORTING

  • Daily updates to content management system Lets Flo, stock delivery dates
  • Provide weekly seasonal reports on content readiness
  • Support digital operations manager on the market prep/congruency exercises
  • Work collaboratively with digital merchandisers reviewing seasonal order book
  • Updating Lets Flo for third party team

TOOLS

  • Working closely with Flo, DAM, PIM and content delivery partners to develop ways of working and processes to continuously improve each season
  • Building the product detail with SAP Retail team ahead of launch
  • Forward thinking to optimise ways of working by operational efficiency

Personal Profile

  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships
  • Self-motivated and uses own initiative
  • Experience in improving workflows and team processes to provide efficiencies
  • Strong prioritization, organizational and problem solving abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in a similar or project management type of role desirable
  • Good Communication skills and teamwork
