Job Description
As part of the Global eCommerce organisation, the Testing & Personalisation team plays a key role in improving the LEGO.com experience for our shoppers helping to build direct and lasting relationships with our fans.
We’re looking for an experienced Optimisation Testing Manager to join the team and take ownership of one of the three optimisation testing programs running across LEGO.com.
This is a highly collaborative, data-driven role for someone who is naturally curious and proactive in finding opportunities to improve commercial performance. You’ll work with a wide range of stakeholders to develop compelling test hypotheses, manage tests from end to end, interpret the results and turn the data into clear recommendations that influence business decisions.
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
Relocation & visa assistance is not offered for this position.
The closing date for all applications will be Tuesday 8th September 2026.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead one of our optimisation testing programs. Develop testing strategies and manage A/B and multivariate tests end-to-end, from hypothesis and planning through execution, performance review and recommendations across LEGO.com.
- Identify commercial opportunities. Proactively use data, shopper behaviour and performance insights to identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement and commercial sales performance, turning ideas into compelling test hypotheses.
- Turn data into action. Analyse test results using tools such as Adobe Analytics and Optimizely, alongside tools such as Quantum Metric, to understand shopper behaviour and conversion journeys and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Influence across a complex stakeholder landscape. Work closely with Product, Digital Insights, Research, Marketing, Loyalty, Personalisation, Legal and other business teams to align priorities, resolve conflicts and influence decisions on what to test and which experiences or messages to prioritise.
- Build the future of testing. Partner with Product teams to improve the technical capabilities of optimisation testing, while helping to evolve testing best practices and demonstrate the commercial value of experimentation across the organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
