About SerlinoLab

We're SerlinoLab — a fast-growing Italian skincare brand for men, formulated in an Italian lab and sold DTC online across Italy and the US.

That combination is rare: Italian brand craft and real product heritage, paired with US-scale DTC growth. We're a startup in every sense — we move fast, we stay flexible, and we're growing 700% year over year.

  • 200,000+ satisfied customers
  • Best seller on Amazon Italy in our category
  • 4.5 average on Trustpilot with 1,000+ reviews
  • 30%+ of customers come back and buy again
  • On track to reach €30M this year
  • Bootstrapped and profitable — no investors, no board. Decisions are made by two founders, fast.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Website Designer to own the full visual and UX experience of our DTC storefront — PDPs, landing pages, and the site as a whole.

This isn't just a testing role. You'll be part of a three-person pod — a CRO Specialist, you, and a Developer — shipping landing pages and test variations at speed to keep pace with our ad angles. You’ll take ownership of elevating both our websites to a premium standard that matches where the brand is headed, and then kept there — continuously refined and modernized, whether or not a CRO test happens to be running that week.

We move at startup speed: fast decisions, fast shipping, high standards throughout. You'll need to have come from eCommerce — ideally beauty, supplements, or a similarly fast-moving vertical — somewhere design was expected to perform, not just look good.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll design every PDP, landing page, and site-wide element in Figma. Our Art Director sets the brand guidelines, our Developer builds exactly what you design, and our CRO Specialist tells you what to test. Your job is to make sure everything you touch is both beautiful and built to convert — and that the site never stops getting better.

In short, as a performance eCommerce web designer, you need to be someone who not only understands how to make something pretty, but how to make it sell - you’ll understand how to make design convert.

Core Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with our CRO specialist as a two-person unit - they bring the hypothesis, you bring the design, together you get it in front of the developer to build and ship.
  • Designing new landing pages mapped to whatever ad angles and audiences we're actively running - this week's angles, not last month's.
  • Constantly testing and iterating on existing pages - nothing sits untouched just because it's "good enough".
  • Leading the full site refresh - bringing the storefront up to a level that actually looks like a €30M brand, not a two-year-old startup.
  • Producing landing-page-specific visual assets when a test calls for it, using the Art Director's brand kit as your foundation - general ad creative and statics sit with our Graphic Designer, this is about what lives on the page itself.
  • Keeping every page and every touchpoint on-brand and consistent.

Who You Are

  • You've built landing pages before and understand how design choices affect conversion — you can partner cleanly with a CRO lead on tests
  • You've also owned a website end-to-end, not just individual pages, and know what it takes to bring a site up to a premium, cohesive standard
  • Strong eye for premium, cohesive branding — everything you touch looks like it belongs to the same brand
  • Fast. You move at the pace of a high-performing startup without dropping quality
  • Driven to keep improving the site even when there's no active test running — you don't wait to be told the homepage looks dated
  • Comfortable taking full ownership of a process, person, or outcome — and you don't let things fall through the cracks
  • Organised, self-driven, and professional in how you manage time, relationships, and execution
  • Comfortable working exclusively in Figma, handing off clean, developer-ready files
