We are currently looking for an Ecommerce Photographer & AI Image Creator to join our Creative Services team. You will be partnering closely with the Lead Photographer, and you'll create compelling product imagery and visual content that brings our brands to life across ecommerce and marketing channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about both commercial photography and emerging creative technologies. You'll combine traditional studio photography with generative AI tools to produce engaging, brand-aligned content in a fast-paced retail environment. Working alongside talented creatives, you'll help shape how our products are presented while building your expertise in modern content creation.
What You Will Do
- Create consistent, on-brand product photography and ecommerce imagery for new product launches and customer-facing channels.
- Manage and deliver final assets, ensuring files are correctly archived and distributed through agreed workflows.
- Support virtual and in-person castings where required.
- Manage product ordering, preparation and organisation before and after shoots.
- Use photography and generative AI tools to create engaging visual assets that support marketing campaigns and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing and product teams to deliver consistent, brand-aligned content across multiple channels.
- Prepare, manage and deliver visual assets through established studio workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to a collaborative studio environment while embracing new technologies and continuously developing your creative skills.

What You Should Bring
- Experience in commercial or ecommerce photography within a fast-paced studio environment.
- Strong technical photography skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience creating visual assets using generative AI tools and prompt-based workflows is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce consistent, brand-aligned imagery.
- Strong understanding of photographic principles, including lighting, composition, exposure and colour management.
- A collaborative mindset, strong organisational skills and enthusiasm for learning new creative technologies.
