Ecommerce Platform Lead
A global fashion retailer is seeking an ecommerce platform lead to take ownership of their custom-built ecommerce platform and drive its ongoing evolution. This is a pivotal role within a fast-growing retail business, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, trading performance, and customer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the platform remains robust, scalable, and optimized, working closely with the engineering team to deliver enhancements that directly impact conversion, stability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the platform remains robust, scalable, and optimized.
- Work closely with the engineering team to deliver enhancements.
- Use SQL to interrogate data, diagnose platform issues, support reporting needs, and inform development decisions.
- Bring a proactive mindset by identifying opportunities for improvement, prioritizing platform enhancements, and ensuring seamless day-to-day performance.
- Oversee the roadmap for platform upgrades.
- Manage third-party integrations.
- Champion ecommerce functionality that supports both customer expectations and commercial goals.

- Strong SQL capability.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary up to £75,000.
- Bonus and benefits package.
- Central London location.
- Hybrid working in place.
