The Change Partners are working with a Tier-1 global consumer brand who are looking to hire an Ecommerce Project Manager to join their European D2C Centre of Excellence team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior technology and delivery leader with strong eCommerce experience to take ownership of development and operations across a large-scale, multi-market D2C ecosystem.

You’ll play a key role in leading multiple development and Scrum teams across Europe, overseeing 50+ engineers, developers and delivery resources. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery, operational performance, and continuous improvement across the D2C platform.

This is a senior leadership role with significant responsibility across multiple European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple development and Scrum teams comprising 50+ engineers, developers and delivery resources across Europe
  • Own the delivery and operational support of eCommerce solutions across multiple European markets
  • Oversee multiple projects, enhancement initiatives and strategic programmes, ensuring delivery against timelines, scope and business requirements
  • Lead workforce planning, budgeting, resource forecasting and external vendor management
  • Establish and maintain governance processes covering SLAs, KPIs, delivery performance and operational objectives
  • Monitor project performance, dependencies, milestones, risks and resource utilisation
  • Act as a senior escalation point for delivery, operational and strategic matters
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across European markets, business teams, technology teams and external partners
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI adoption, process optimisation and operational efficiencies
  • Work closely with architecture and engineering teams to review and challenge solution designs and technical approaches
  • Prepare executive reporting covering delivery performance, operational health, risks and strategic initiatives
  • Support roadmap planning across markets, aligning development capacity with business priorities and future growth

  • 10+ years' experience across project/programme management, technology delivery or a similar environment
  • 5+ years' experience working with eCommerce platforms, ideally Hybris/SAP Commerce, within a multi-market or digital operations environment
  • Strong experience leading large development, engineering or delivery teams
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and programmes across multiple markets
  • Strong understanding of operational performance, SLAs, ticket lifecycles, backlogs and delivery metrics
  • Experience with workforce planning, budgeting, resource forecasting and vendor management
  • Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Excel
