Overview of the Role

Are you passionate about creating exceptional digital customer experiences and using data to drive commercial results? As our eCommerce Promotions Associate Manager, you'll play a key role in improving customer journeys across our digital channels, helping to turn insight into action and optimisation into measurable business impact.

Working at the intersection of digital experience, eCommerce, marketing and commercial teams, you'll support the planning, delivery and optimisation of promotional initiatives that improve engagement, conversion and customer outcomes. You'll collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, identify opportunities for improvement, and help ensure high-impact initiatives are delivered effectively.

Working closely with marketing, commercial, digital, regional and optimisation stakeholders, the team combines customer insight, performance analysis and experimentation to continuously enhance customer journeys and deliver commercial growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
