Ecommerce Sales Manager
The Ecommerce Sales Manager is responsible for creating, maintaining, and progressing a healthy pipeline of qualified ecommerce opportunities that supports the continued growth of our ecommerce services.
Working closely with Ecommerce Leadership, the role will focus on identifying prospective customers, opening doors, building relationships, and converting opportunities into profitable long-term business.
The successful candidate will bring dedicated focus to new business generation, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities into the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified ecommerce opportunities.
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers aligned to Linney's ecommerce proposition.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Lead discovery and qualification activities to ensure opportunities are commercially viable and strategically aligned.
- Work closely with Ecommerce Leadership to shape opportunities and progress them through the sales process.
- Support proposals, presentations, tenders, and customer meetings.
- Represent Linney at industry events, networking opportunities, and customer engagements.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Proven success in a business development or sales role.
- Demonstrable experience building and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
