Ecommerce Marketing & Content Executive – Guildford, Surrey
£35,000 - £40,000 DOE plus benefits
Bluetree is recruiting for an Ecommerce Marketing & Content Executive to join two purpose-driven healthcare brands under one roof in Guildford. If you're an ecommerce-minded creator looking for an exciting challenge, then this dual-remit role is where you'll own the strategy from day one, across a leading NHS diabetes care brand and an award-winning cardiovascular medtech brand. This is an onsite permanent full-time role, and the ideal candidate will come from a medical devices background and not have a long commute to the office, you will need to drive.

What You'll Be Doing
- Split your week 50/50 across two brands, working alongside the Social Media and Marketing Manager from the Guildford office
- Own the content calendar and strategy across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook - growing followers and turning that growth into sales
- Create scroll-stopping photography, short-form video and copy that speaks credibly to health-conscious audiences
- Take full ownership of a Shopify store - product uploads, landing pages, banners and collections built to convert
- Align content, email campaigns (Klaviyo/Shopify Email) and promotions with live inventory and seasonal offers
- Report on performance - followers, engagement and content-to-sales conversion - and use the data to sharpen strategy
What You'll Bring
- A proven track record of driving ecommerce sales through content, social and Shopify - not just growing followers
- A strong ideas person who can generate campaigns independently, not just execute a brief
- Confident videography and editing skills for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, plus persuasive copywriting
- Solid hands-on Shopify experience and a commercial, results-driven mindset
- The confidence to juggle two brands and audiences
