Are you an ambitious Amazon professional looking to move in-house and take ownership of marketplace growth for household-name brands?

We are partnering with a highly established, global health and beauty brand to hire an eCommerce Specialist. With a strong presence across Amazon and ambitious plans for further expansion, they are seeking an Amazon expert to take ownership of account performance and drive commercial growth.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on Amazon experience who wants to combine commercial strategy with day-to-day marketplace execution.

A major selling point of this role is the international scope and true autonomy. You will take full operational and commercial ownership of the UK and global markets, working directly with the EMEA eCommerce Lead.

This is a rare chance to step away from juggling dozens of agency clients and instead focus deeply on scaling a dedicated portfolio of industry-leading products within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
