💼 The Role
We’re seeking a proactive Ecommerce Specialist to manage and elevate our UK marketplace operations across TikTok Shop and Temu. You’ll blend hands-on execution—optimising product listings, inventory, performance—and strategic oversight—campaigns, pricing, and customer experience. If you're analytical, commercially minded, and ready to drive impactful, scalable growth, we want you on our team.

📋 Key Responsibilities
- Own product listings: SEO-rich titles, descriptions, images, pricing—and continual optimisation
- Deliver performance insights: track sales, conversion rates, customer feedback, returns—and report with actionable insights
- Manage inventory & orders: synchronise stock across channels; collaborate with logistics to ensure timeliness and accuracy
- Ensure account health: uphold standards for fulfilment, customer satisfaction, and platform compliance
- Drive campaigns & pricing: deploy platform-specific strategies, season promotions, and analyse their ROI
- Enhance customer experience: streamline escalations, leverage feedback to refine product and service quality
- Collaborate cross-functionally: work with marketing, logistics, compliance, and leadership to explore new tools, automation and channel expansion
✅ What We’re Looking For
Essential
- 5+ years in ecommerce or marketplace operations, with proven success in driving growth
- Deep knowledge of UK platforms: Tiktok Shop & Temu
- Strong analytical skills: advanced Excel, comfort with reporting/data tools
- Excellent communicator and project manager—detail-driven and able to juggle priorities
- Strategy-focused: experience in pricing, campaign execution, and performance analysis
Desirable
- Experience in consumer goods or FMCG retail
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or PPC
- Experience launching products on marketplaces or channel expansion
