Role Description
The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize online retail operations across platforms, with a focus on driving sales and improving customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Updating product listings
- Monitoring inventory
- Analyzing performance metrics
- Implementing conversion-focused strategies aligned with client objectives
The role also involves:
- Coordinating promotions
- Supporting customer inquiries related to online orders
- Collaborating with marketing and design teams to enhance store presentation and usability
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce knowledge and experience managing online stores and platforms
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and optimize campaigns and product listings
- Strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support a positive buyer experience
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clearly convey information to clients and customers
- Sales skills to support upselling, cross-selling, and conversion rate improvement initiatives

Highly beneficial:
- Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or similar eCommerce platforms
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, basic SEO, and conversion optimization techniques
Preferred:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in eCommerce or retail
