The Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a fantastic and well-established organisation in the search for an Ecommerce Executive to join their Marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with ecommerce experience to take ownership of establishing a brand new B2B ecommerce platform, driving its day-to-day management, optimisation, and future growth.

Based in Chichester, paying up to £45,000 DOE, you will report into a highly experienced and supportive Head of Marketing whilst also working closely with the wider Commercial team to ensure a seamless client experience.

What you'll do as an Ecommerce Executive:

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the B2B ecommerce platform.
  • Maintain product catalogues, categories, and website content.
  • Upload and manage product information, imagery, pricing, and specifications.
  • Support B2B ordering journeys, ensuring an excellent user experience.
  • Manage website content, including homepages, landing pages, banners, and promotional material.
  • Ensure content is aligned with SEO best practice and delivers a consistent brand message.
  • Monitor site performance, analysing customer behaviour, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion and user experience.
  • Carry out A/B testing and report on key ecommerce KPIs.
  • Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the ecommerce platform, contributing ideas for future improvements.

  • Experience within ecommerce, digital platforms, or SaaS.
  • A strong understanding of ecommerce user journeys, product data, and digital customer experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • A proactive approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

It would be advantageous if you have:

  • Experience using BigCommerce or another B2B ecommerce platform.
  • Experience working within a wholesale or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP, PIM, or CRM integrations.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO), A/B testing, or SEO.
