Are you an experienced ecommerce technology leader who can combine strategic delivery, operational excellence and people leadership?
Our client is looking for an Ecommerce Technology Manager to support the continued growth of their Direct-to-Consumer business through their ecommerce platforms. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can lead large-scale ecommerce development and operations, align technology delivery with business priorities and drive continuous improvement across a complex, multi-country environment.
This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in the growth of a major D2C ecommerce platform, shaping delivery, operations and technology improvement across multiple markets. - Own end-to-end delivery and operational support for ecommerce solutions across Europe.
- Ensure services are delivered against agreed SLAs, KPIs, quality standards and operational objectives.
- Manage resource planning, budgeting, vendor performance, supplier contracts and delivery governance.
- Oversee multiple projects, enhancement initiatives and strategic programme.
- Act as a senior escalation point and trusted partner for stakeholders across subsidiaries, business teams and vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI adoption, process optimisation and operational efficiency.
- Prepare executive reporting and roadmap presentations that translate delivery performance, risks and opportunities into clear leadership insight.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
