Who we are:

White Stuff was established in 1985 through a simple idea. This idea grew and now we have shops and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling women’s and men’s clothing as well as beautiful accessories and homeware. Our original prints (all designed in house), intricate details and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive.

Our people are at the heart of our brand, constantly moving and driving us forward. We’re sociable, talented and like-minded and we’re not hierarchical or political in how we do business. We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.

Primary objective of the job:

The Ecommerce Trading Assistant makes sure every new line goes live correctly and on time, and helps build, merchandise and maintain the site so product information, content and assets are always accurate. Working closely with the Ecommerce Trading team and the Product Publishing, Creative and Digital Marketing teams, the role supports delivery of the trading calendar and a great customer experience. It is a hands-on role and a great first step into ecommerce trading.

Who you are:

  • A sharp eye for detail – you notice when something isn’t quite right and get satisfaction from fixing it.
  • A team player who is happy to coordinate with other teams to ensure the task is resolved.
  • Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Keen to learn and grow your career in ecommerce trading.

What you’ll be doing:

Product launches & site checks

  • Check that every new product line goes live correctly – product copy, imagery, pricing, sizes, colourways and categories.
  • Track launch dates against the trading calendar and flag any lines that are late, missing or incomplete.
  • Work with the Product Publishing, Creative and Merchandising teams to fix errors quickly, before and after launch.
  • Carry out regular site checks to spot and report broken links, out-of-stock products, incorrect information or poor imagery.
  • Help test the staging site and check promotions before they go live.
  • Check MD pricing has been uploaded and scheduled correctly for Sale launch.
  • Help with on-site checks ahead of key launches and promotions, occasionally outside standard hours, with time off in lieu given in return.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
