White Stuff

White Stuff was established in 1985 through a simple idea. This idea grew and now we have shops and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling women’s and men’s clothing as well as beautiful accessories and homeware. Our original prints (all designed in-house), intricate details, and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive.

Our people are at the heart of our brand, constantly moving and driving us forward. We’re sociable, talented, and like-minded, and we’re not hierarchical or political in how we do business. We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.

Who you are:

  • A confident and knowledgeable leader, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ambitious, positive, and energetic with a passion to succeed.
  • Proven record of driving growth through trading and operational efficiency.
  • A commercially minded strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • A team player, holding a pivotable role within the trading team.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing change in a fast-paced retail environment.

Primary objective of the job:

The e-Commerce Trading Executive is responsible for actively managing and optimising all site content to deliver the best possible customer experience and support trading performance across all channels. Working closely with the Digital Marketing, Digital Optimisation, and wider eCommerce teams, the role exists to maximise conversion, elevate customer experience, and drive profitable growth. This is a commercially led role that sits at the heart of the Ecommerce team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Actively manage the trading calendar to ensure all updates are briefed in on time.
  • Coordinate new campaign and product launches, working closely with the Marketing and Product teams.

  • Build and maintain homepages and landing pages to support trading priorities and campaign launches.
  • Continuously check the site to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Test and sign off on the staging site.
  • Test promotions before going live.
  • Be available for on-site checks ahead of key launches and promotions, including outside standard hours where required, with time off in lieu given in return.
  • Check MD pricing has been uploaded and scheduled for Sale launch.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
