You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world.

We are looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual who is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and expanding team at Seekers HQ. This position is a full-time role based in the office through Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to immerse yourself in the lively Sisters & Seekers team, experience staff and community events, and if you’re camera ready, to be a part of our viral TikTok videos! About The Role

The eCommerce Trading Executive plays a key role in driving online sales growth whilst delivering an engaging and inspiring digital customer experience that reflects the Sisters & Seekers brand. Combining commercial awareness with strong ecommerce trading and onsite optimisation expertise, this role is responsible for maximising website performance, supporting product launches and ensuring the right product is showcased to the right customer at the right time. Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Customer Services teams, the role helps bring collections and campaigns to life online through commercially driven trading, strong execution and customer insight. The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially minded and passionate about fashion, ecommerce and creating standout customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Trading & Ecommerce Performance

  • Support the execution of the ecommerce trading strategy to drive online sales, conversion and customer engagement.
  • Own the day-to-day trading of the website, ensuring product visibility, site performance and customer experience are continuously optimised.
  • Maintain homepage, navigation, landing pages and category experiences that reflect brand direction whilst supporting product priorities and trading objectives.
  • Monitor daily, weekly and seasonal trading performance, identifying opportunities and risks across categories, launches and promotional activity.
  • Partner with marketing teams to align campaign launches, promotions and key trading moments with onsite execution.
  • Support promotional planning and trading calendar activity, ensuring all launches and campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

Website Trading & Product Optimisation

  • Manage product launches and onsite trading execution to ensure products are accurately presented and commercially prioritised.
  • Optimise product ranking, category sorting and onsite experience using performance data and commercial insight.
  • Ensure product information, imagery and onsite presentation support a premium, inspiring and seamless customer experience aligned with the Sisters & Seekers brand aesthetic.
  • Monitor stock levels and product availability to support effective trading and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with Product and Merchandising teams to ensure key product priorities and business strategies are reflected onsite.
  • Identify trading opportunities to improve product discovery, conversion and average order value.

Reporting & Commercial Insight

  • Produce regular trading reports analysing performance across key metrics including sales, conversion and product engagement.
  • Monitor customer behaviour and onsite performance to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Provide commercial recommendations to support category growth, launch performance and trading optimisation.
  • Track launch and campaign performance, sharing learnings with cross-functional teams to support future planning.
  • Maintain strong awareness of competitor activity, market trends and ecommerce best practice.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Services teams to ensure a joined-up customer and trading experience.
  • Share customer and product feedback with relevant teams to support product development and commercial decision making.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and commercially driven culture across the wider business.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years experience within ecommerce, digital trading or online retail, preferably within fashion or retail.
  • Experience managing ecommerce platforms, supporting online trading activity and optimising website performance.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs and commercial performance reporting.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced and commercially driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver with pace and accuracy.
