At Cavu, our purpose is to find new and better ways to make airport travel seamless and enjoyable for everybody, from the smallest ideas to the biggest transformations. Every day is an opportunity to create better travel experiences.

We know that to bring your best ideas, you need the space to think, the support to grow, and the freedom to be your authentic self. Whether you're working from our offices, from home, in our lounges, or on the road, we provide an environment where you can create, innovate, and help transform airport travel.

Together, we can reach new heights. Together, we are Cavu.

About the Role

We're looking for an Ecommerce Trading Manager to take ownership of the commercial performance of our digital booking journey across Airport Parking, Lounges and Fast Track.

This is a newly created role that will bring a true ecommerce trading mindset into a highly commercial environment. You'll be responsible for understanding how customers move through our booking flows, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and basket value, and ensuring every stage of the journey is optimised to deliver the best possible outcome for both our customers and our business.

Working closely with Revenue Management, Product, Technology, Marketing and Commercial teams, you'll be the go-to expert for funnel performance, onsite merchandising, bundling strategies and trading initiatives. You'll help shape how products are presented, influence CRO priorities, and use data and customer insight to drive growth across a business generating over £100m in booking revenue.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ecommerce trader who loves understanding customer behaviour, thrives on continuous optimisation, and wants to make a visible impact in a fast-growing travel technology business. It's also an opportunity to bring fresh thinking, challenge the status quo, and help establish ecommerce trading as a key commercial capability within Cavu.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
