We're looking for an Ecommerce Trading Manager to help shape the future of Pretty You London!
This is a unique opportunity to join a premium fashion and wellness brand at a pivotal stage of growth. Owning the commercial performance of our digital business as we invest behind a new brand direction.
Ecommerce Trading Manager
At Pretty You London, we are entering a new phase of elevated growth—refining our brand, expanding our team, and strengthening our position within the premium fashion and wellness space.
We are seeking an Ecommerce Trading Manager who combines sharp commercial instinct with a genuine feel for product. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of how our digital business trades—what we sell, at what price, at what margin, and through which channel.
If you are energised by owning a number, protecting margin, and growing a business on customer value rather than discount, we would love to hear from you.
The Role
As Ecommerce Trading Manager, you will own the commercial performance of our direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels, leading the trading and promotional plan that sits beneath our brand ambitions.
Working closely with the Managing Director, and alongside our Ecommerce & Marketing Manager, you will translate the brand plan into a trading plan—and hold it to account week by week.
This is both a strategic and hands-on position, suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, growing business and is motivated by seeing their commercial decisions play out quickly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
