We’re looking for two commercially driven eCommerce Trading Manager to take ownership of our Labels and Large Format product categories across our two brands: Instantprint and Route1Print.

You’ll be responsible for growing category revenue and gross profit by developing a strong understanding of our customers, market, competitors, and product performance. Using these insights, you’ll identify where we’re performing well, where we’re falling behind, and where the biggest opportunities for growth exist.

Working across ecommerce, sales, operations, and finance, you’ll shape the product range, pricing, website experience, and marketing activity needed to deliver sustainable growth.

About the position:

Salary range £50,000–£60,000, depending on experience

This position is office based 5 days a week at our office in Manvers, Rotherham.

Permanent, full-time

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and owning the growth strategy for the Labels or Large Format category.
  • Taking responsibility for category revenue, gross profit, and overall commercial performance.
  • Identifying customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and gaps within the product range.
  • Developing business cases for new products, category improvements, and investment.
  • Reviewing pricing, margins, promotions, and category profitability.
  • Improving product pages, customer journeys, onsite merchandising, and website conversion.
  • Designing and delivering marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, press, and onsite channels to drive category awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Leading product launches and monitoring their commercial performance.
  • Using data and insight to understand what is driving growth and where corrective action is required.
  • Working across the business to ensure category priorities and growth initiatives are delivered.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in category management, product management, ecommerce, commercial management, or a similar growth-focused role.
  • A proven track record of delivering revenue and profit growth.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills.
  • Experience using customer, market, and performance data to make decisions.
  • An understanding of pricing, product positioning, and proposition development.
  • Experience designing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience influencing website, ecommerce, or digital trading activity.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The confidence to take ownership, challenge existing thinking, and drive action.
  • Experience within print, manufacturing, ecommerce, or Labels/Large Format products is beneficial, but not essential.
