Programme Overview
On the Economic Advisory Graduate Programme, you'll shape the future with confidence by helping organisations understand the economic forces influencing business, government and society. You'll work in high-performing teams, using data, research and economic analysis to uncover insights, solve complex challenges and support informed decision-making. As a Shaper of the future, you'll build your technical, analytical and professional skills through hands-on experience and coaching, while making a meaningful impact for clients and communities. Along the way, you’ll work towards a recognised Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB) qualification.

What You Will Be Doing
- Interpret data and evidence to perform economic analysis and identify insights for clients.
- Present research on the latest economic developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues across competencies and sector specialisms.
- Develop your skills through hands‑on experience, coaching and formal learning.
