The Ecosystem Lead at V-Spot is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, managing, and growing V-Spot’s partner and community ecosystem. This role includes building and nurturing strategic relationships with partners, collaborators, and community stakeholders, as well as identifying opportunities for joint initiatives, integrations, and co-marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecosystem management, partnerships, or business development, with a track record of building and scaling strategic relationships.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and negotiation, with the ability to align diverse partners around shared goals.
• Competence in data analysis and reporting, including using metrics and dashboards to evaluate ecosystem health and support decision-making.
• Background in community building or developer/partner relations, with experience designing engagement programs or collaborative initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear partner materials, presentations, and documentation.
• Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills, self-direction, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, SaaS ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
