Ecosystem Partner Marketing Manager
We're seeking an experienced Ecosystem Partner Marketing Manager to join a leading global consulting and technology organization. This role is ideal for a strategic B2B marketer with a strong background in partner, alliance, or ecosystem marketing, looking to drive impactful joint marketing programs with key technology partners.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, partner organizations, sales teams, and marketing leaders to develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen strategic partnerships, elevate market presence, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint marketing programs with strategic ecosystem partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner marketing teams and leadership.
- Create integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Deliver co-marketing initiatives including:
- Thought leadership campaigns
- Executive events
- Sponsorships
- Client experiences
- Content marketing
- Digital campaigns
- Collaborate with industry, services, and partner marketing teams to identify market opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
- Drive stakeholder alignment on objectives, messaging, investments, and outcomes.
- Support and activate partner events across the UK.
- Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI.
- Ensure all activities comply with brand and marketing governance standards.

- ✅ Significant experience in B2B Marketing, Partner Marketing, Alliance Marketing, or Ecosystem Marketing
- ✅ Proven success delivering integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes
- ✅ Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- ✅ Experience managing complex cross-functional marketing initiatives
- ✅ Budget management and MDF experience
- ✅ Data-driven marketing performance analysis and reporting
- ✅ Excellent communication and project management skills
- ✅ Experience within Technology, Consulting, Professional Services, Cloud, or Digital Transformation sectors
