Role Description
The Ecosystem PMO Analyst – EMEA is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting program and project portfolio management activities across the EMEA region. This role will assist in tracking project performance, consolidating data from multiple initiatives, and preparing regular reports and dashboards for leadership and ecosystem stakeholders. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning, resource coordination, risk and issue tracking, and alignment with PMO standards.
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Analyzing project data
- Maintaining documentation
- Supporting governance processes
- Helping drive consistent execution of ecosystem programs

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and problem-solving.
- Program Management and Project Management skills to support planning, execution, and monitoring of ecosystem initiatives.
- Project Portfolio Management capabilities to help prioritize projects, manage dependencies, and align with strategic objectives.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
- Relevant experience in PMO, consulting, or operations within life sciences or related industries is beneficial.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar) and strong Excel or data visualization skills is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
