Show People What Restoration Looks Like
Full time
Scotland
Most people have never stood in a landscape that is being actively restored at scale. Our Scottish estates are vast, wild and beautiful, with native woodland returning, peatland recovering and wildlife arriving back year on year. The people lucky enough to experience our Estates, will leave feeling a strong connection with nature and expand their thinking to new possibilities.
People make the place, and as our Ecotourism Intern, you’ll help welcome more guests to our Scottish estates and distil a dram of OC magic into everything they experience whilst here. Guests leave us feeling more connected; with nature, each other, and the speed, scale and precision with which we operate. From introducing landscape scale restoration, to the small but incredibly important details that make a stay truly amazing, you can help shape everything.
You will work with our Scottish estate teams and with Oxygen Escapes. Because you will be the person who greets guests, guides them across the estate and sends them home inspired, you will be the one they remember.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
