Are you ready to make a real difference for people living with eczema?

At LEO Pharma, we are driven by our purpose to advance the standard of care for people with skin diseases. As our new Eczema Account Manager, you will take ownership of an exciting territory, build trusted partnerships across the healthcare landscape and help bring innovative eczema treatments to the patients who need them most.

Your Role

As Eczema Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales growth for LEO Pharma’s eczema portfolio within your local territory covering Leicester, Derby and Nottingham. Using a strategic account management approach, you will identify opportunities, engage key customers and develop advocates across primarily secondary care, but also within primary care and community-based specialist stakeholders.

You will combine scientific confidence, commercial focus and deep customer insight to drive business performance while maximising patient and prescriber satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving territory sales and business targets in a competitive specialist medicine environment.
  • Developing and executing high-quality account plans for launch and promoted products, including KPI tracking and budget management.
  • Building deep relationships with Consultant Dermatologists, KOLs, HCPs, HCOs and wider healthcare stakeholders.
  • Applying scientific and disease area knowledge to deliver patient-focused, impactful customer conversations.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional colleagues in Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Sales to support local, regional and national objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will use a multichannel approach, engaging customers through face-to-face and virtual interactions based on their preferences and needs. You will also play a key role in gathering market intelligence, mapping patient journeys, identifying local networks and supporting activities that help achieve formulary, protocol or pathway inclusion where relevant.

Compliance is central to how we work. You will be expected to operate in line with all applicable laws, regulations, industry codes and LEO Pharma policies, including ABPI requirements and the LEO Code of Conduct.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will bring proven commercial capability, scientific confidence and demonstratable experience within secondary care. You understand how to manage complex accounts, influence decision-makers and translate customer insights into clear territory plans that deliver results.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A science degree or equivalent by experience.
  • ABPI qualification.
  • Experience in complex, high-value medicine sales, ideally within dermatology or biologics.
  • Demonstratable strategic account management, negotiation and customer selling skills.
  • Experience in launch execution, multichannel planning, formulary or protocol inclusion processes.
  • A full driving licence is required, due to the need for regional travel.

As an individual, you are action-oriented, resilient and agile. You bring a competitive performance mindset, communicate effectively and thrive when working as part of one team. You are customer-focused, commercially sharp and motivated by improving outcomes for patients.

Your New Team

You will join the UK Dermatology Business Unit and report directly to the Eczema Sales Manager, North. In this field-based role, you will work independently across your territory while being closely connected to a supportive and ambitious cross-functional team. Together, you will collaborate across Sales, Medical, Marketing and Market Access to deliver comprehensive account plans and create meaningful impact for healthcare professionals and patients.
