GEDDS Quality Assurance Analyst

Our client, a leading global organisation, is seeking a GEDDS Quality Assurance Analyst to join its Financial Crime function.
This role will focus on the quality assurance of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for retail banking customers, ensuring financial crime risks have been appropriately identified, investigated, and documented. You'll assess the quality of casework, identify control weaknesses, support remediation activity, and provide clear feedback to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:
- Strong experience conducting EDD reviews within retail banking
- Background in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Financial Crime oversight
- Good understanding of customer risk assessments, source of wealth/funds, sanctions, and adverse media reviews
- Ability to assess complex cases, identify material issues, and apply sound judgement
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:
- Experience reviewing PEP cases
- ICA, ACAMS, or similar qualification
- Experience with coaching, calibration, or quality improvement initiatives
