EDI Lead | EDI & Integrations | UK

Suited to Senior EDI Analyst, EDI Lead, or EDI Managers

EDI | B2B Integrations | Team Leadership | Transformation

Fancy taking ownership of an EDI function, leading a team of three, and helping shape the future of integrations for a major business?

I'm working on an opportunity with an established, international electrical wholesaler that's investing in the future of its integration landscape. They're looking for an EDI Technical Lead to take ownership of existing EDI services, lead customer and supplier implementations, and play a key role in moving towards a centralised, third-party integration platform.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity combining technical delivery, stakeholder management and team leadership. You'll help keep critical business integrations running while driving the transition to a more scalable model.

What will you be doing?

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of three, providing technical direction, supporting delivery and helping develop the team's capabilities.
  • EDI & Integrations: Oversee the implementation, maintenance and support of EDI services, ensuring reliable data exchange between the business, its customers and suppliers.
  • Transformation: Play a key role in migrating internally managed EDI integrations to a centralised, third-party platform.
  • Customer & Supplier Onboarding: Take ownership of integration relationships, understanding requirements and guiding partners through implementation from initial discussions to go-live.
  • Technical Delivery: Design and configure integration solutions, prepare test data, coordinate testing and troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assess the existing integration landscape, document technical processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work across technical teams, business stakeholders, customers, suppliers and external providers to deliver successful integration projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
