We’re modernising our legacy systems and building new platforms powered by AWS and AI — and we need creative minds to help us shape the future!

As part of the Integrations team, you will be expected to understand the real needs of customers, suppliers and colleagues and collaborate with technical teams to transform these into achievable deliverables, ensuring the delivery of quality and value.

There is a current ongoing major project in progress to seek to standardise CEF Business Integrations through a 3rd Party EDI Managed Service and also in the future the procurement of a platform to handle internal integrations. The role will cover the current EDI/Integration landscape as well as contributing to an intended future state. It will also cover the provision and administration of customer catalogues (simple, hosted and punchout), onboarding customers and the configuration of parameters, support of a 3rd Party Van Stock solution, support of customer reporting solutions and the standardisation for the BI Team to generate reports, 3rd level support of Service Desk issues

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the real needs of customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Collaborating with technical teams to transform needs into achievable deliverables
  • Covering the current EDI/Integration landscape and contributing to future state
  • Providing and administering customer catalogues (simple, hosted, and punchout)
  • Onboarding customers and configuring parameters
  • Supporting a 3rd Party Van Stock solution
  • Supporting customer reporting solutions
  • Standardising BI Team report generation
  • Providing 3rd level support for Service Desk issues

Required Experience:

  • Significant experience of implementing and supporting standard EDI technologies (e.g. Tradacoms, EDIFACT, X12, XML, SFTP etc.)
  • Working knowledge of API and bespoke integration solutions
  • Experience of discovery / eliciting customer needs, breaking down complex information and turning these into meaningful deliverables
  • Experience of working with Customers and Suppliers
  • Experience in an Implementation or 3rd Level Support Role
  • Experience of documenting technical processes
