eDiscovery Analyst

You'll join the eDiscovery team at a leading full-service City law firm, supporting disputes, investigations, competition, employment and commercial matters before, during and after disclosure.

It's a junior role with a lot of variety, and a route into AI and analytics as the firm develops its legal technology practice.

The firm acts for corporates and financial institutions on large, complex UK and cross-border matters. The eDiscovery team gives fee earners both advisory and technical support on disclosure.

You'll keep matters running cleanly: handling queries, checking audit trails, keeping knowhow accurate and making sure the legal team and eDisclosure providers understand each other.

Training is provided throughout, covering the technology available, what's being developed and why workflow matters.

The essentials

  • Permanent
  • London, hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
  • Junior role reporting to the Team Leader, working as part of the eDiscovery team

Responsibilities of an eDiscovery Analyst:

  • Act as the link between legal teams, clients and eDisclosure providers, keeping instructions clear and precise to help prevent errors
  • Check audit tracking on matter work and support data management, including archiving and tracking
  • Support the team with technical and non-technical tasks, including organising meetings, taking attendance notes and running case debriefs
  • Lead on the team's transcription matter, and work on fee-earning matters when instructed
  • Create training materials, template documents, letters and knowhow articles, and keep legal and technology knowhow accurate and easy to find
  • Answer general technology queries and point people to the right place

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
