Director of Business Development – eDiscovery / Legal Technology
Location: Remote (United Kingdom)
My client is a well-established global eDiscovery and Legal Technology provider supporting leading law firms, corporations and government agencies. As a RelativityOne Gold Partner, they offer end-to-end eDiscovery solutions including digital forensics, managed review and AI-powered legal technology, with a strong reputation across complex litigation and investigations.
They are looking to onboard a new Director of Business Development to join an established and successful team.
I have worked with this client on multiple hires and know the team and interview process very well. This position will be based out of their London office and will require 2 days a week on-site.

German-speaking individuals will be highly valued and I would strongly encourage anyone who is bilingual to apply as there is a significant opportunity for success within this market. French-speaking skills are also highly sought after.
The Role:
- Identify and close new business opportunities across law firms and corporate legal departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while developing a pipeline of new business.
- Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver tailored eDiscovery solutions.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing.
What They Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience within eDiscovery, Legal Technology or legal services sales.
- A proven track record of generating new business and growing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of eDiscovery technologies and platforms such as Relativity and DISCO.
- A self-starter who is comfortable managing their own pipeline and sales strategy.
- German or French language skills would be a significant advantage.

Compensation:
- £90,000 base + Double OTE
