eDiscovery Senior Project Manager

£75,000 to £90,000+ depending on experience | Remote-first (UK), with core collaboration days in central London

The best eDiscovery practitioners take real pride in precision: a production that reconciles to the document, a workflow that runs clean first time. If that's you, we should talk.

About Arkus

Arkus are an independent, highly entrepreneurial, boutique eDiscovery service provider. We were born out of a desire to do things better, with experience from some of the most demanding and highest quality environments in the industry, including Magic Circle law firms and top tier forensic technology and eDiscovery consulting firms. Every matter is run by an expert project manager with direct client responsibility, not an account manager, and absolute quality is the standard we hold to in everything. We're deeply consultative and people-led, and small enough that the people who do the work shape how we do it: your voice will carry.

The Role

This is a senior, hands-on, individual contributor role for someone who wants to do the best eDiscovery work of their career. You'll own your matters end to end: scoping, processing, review strategy, analytics and productions, with genuine responsibility for delivery, budgets and client relationships. You'll be the trusted adviser your clients turn to, and the person who spots the problem before it reaches them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll work across complex, high-stakes disputes and investigations for boutique and international law firms and corporates, from construction and energy to financial services, insolvency and international arbitration. The work runs on a modern, AI-forward stack including Merlin Alchemy, RelativityOne and Nuix, with hands-on generative AI review on live matters where it earns its place.

You'll Bring

  • 6 to 10+ years in eDiscovery consulting or project management, from a leading provider, consultancy or law firm
  • Demonstrable end-to-end ownership of complex matters with substantial budgets and demanding timelines
  • Deep command of the EDRM, CAL and eDiscovery analytics, plus RCA, Nuix Discover Master or equivalent certification (or clear progress towards one)
  • Exceptional attention to detail: the kind that can't let a document count that doesn't reconcile go unexplained
  • A forward-thinking, proactive view on generative AI, and the judgement to know where it needs careful validation
