Bring stories to life at Twinkl
We’re looking for a talented Editor and Animator to take creative ownership of Twinkl’s video, animation and motion content across our paid, organic and brand channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves combining strong editing, animation and storytelling to create work that looks great, feels on-brand and gets people to take notice.
You’ll work closely with our Creative, Brand and Performance Marketing teams, turning ideas and footage into engaging content across social, digital and brand campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Editing various video requests and incorporating animation in-line with our brand guidelines.
- Developing and delivering best-in-class video and motion creative across digital, paid and social channels.
- Collaborating with Creative, Brand and Performance Marketing teams to develop concepts and strategies that deliver both brand impact and performance results.
- Experimenting with animation, illustration, sound and pacing to elevate storytelling and boost engagement.

What You Bring
- Strong experience in video and motion design, ideally within a digital or performance-focused agency or in-house team.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and a working knowledge of Figma.
- A strong understanding of the creative requirements and trends of platforms like Meta, TikTok and YouTube, including how to make content that feels native.
- The ability to take projects from concept through to final delivery, with confidence collaborating with and giving constructive feedback to others.
- A passion for creative experimentation and always being on the lookout for new formats and fresh ways to tell stories.
