About The Role:
Join Paysend to shape the future of a fintech brand trusted by over 11 million customers worldwide and help us build the world’s largest digital payments network to simplify money transfers for everyone.
As our Localization Manager, you'll support and help shape Paysend's localization efforts, ensuring consistent and culturally relevant content across global markets. Reporting to the Localization Lead, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams: executing high-quality localization projects that serve consumer customers, enterprise clients, and corporate stakeholders alike.
Recognized by Deloitte as one of the UK’s fastest-growing tech companies, we offer flexible work arrangements, career growth opportunities, and a culture that values inclusion, bold thinking, and meaningful design.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Editing & Proofreading
- Review and refine translated content to ensure it reads naturally, accurately, and fluently in the target language
- Proofread for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and formatting errors
- Polish tone and register so content aligns with brand voice while remaining culturally appropriate for each market.
Quality & Consistency
- Ensure terminology, style, and tone remain consistent across all content by working closely with localization glossaries and style guides.
- Maintain and help evolve these glossaries, style guides, and reference libraries to strengthen linguistic and brand coherence.
- Carry out linguistic quality checks and flag inconsistencies, ambiguities, or mistranslations for correction.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
