Aurora is looking for an Editor to support the content edit and deliverables for international productions. Applicants should have experience of fast-paced edit deliverables and interpreting editorial requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a good attention to detail, work well as part of a larger team, and have experience in live sporting events. Outside of events will include prepping content with the production team and planning future edits.
Job Responsibilities
- Re-edit ready available content for tailored markets
- Edit content sent from international filming locations
- Coordinating with media management on content required from various stakeholders
- Working closely with production teams to understand content delivered from them that can be developed further
- Working directly with Exec Producers/Producers
- Between events, prep edits and content for multiple teams

Location

Experience
- Experience of fast-paced edit deliverables and interpreting editorial requirements
- Experience of After Effects is beneficial but not essential
- Experience in shared storage and media asset management
Required skills
- Experience working on Premiere Pro 25
- Confident to self-edit with guidance
- Understanding of cutting broadcast masters
- Ability to work to broadcast spec and review QC notes as required
- Beneficial to have understanding of live broadcast workflows and technology
- Ability to work with multiple teams
- Strong communication skills
- Motorsport knowledge is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work unsocial hours when necessary
